USAGE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the use of EU Green Card Lottery Program on-line project including its related future presentations within the frame of any art exhibition or publication.  

Société Réaliste is an artistic cooperative, legally recognized as an association (1901 French Law). We are nothing else than an art group. If you choose to participate in our EU Green Card Lottery Program, you allow Société Réaliste to use your personal information for the conception, the creation, the production and the publication of the EU Green Card Lottery Program. We neither intend nor claim to provide Legal advice or solutions to individual's specific problems. We are NOT an immigration office. By participating to the EU Green Card Lottery Program, you recognize that you know that this is NOT an official EU program and must be considered as an art work.
You may not use the EU Green Card Lottery Program website until you have read this Agreement and indicated your unconditional acceptance of it by clicking the I agree button. If you do not accept or agree to this Agreement, you should terminate your use of the EU Green Card Lottery Program website. As used in this Agreement, the terms you, your or user are synonymous, and refer to the person using the EU Green Card Lottery Program in any way. A registered user is a user from whom EU Green Card Lottery Program has received the information necessary to permit such person to participate to the project and who complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Permitted Uses and Restrictions on Use Subject to this Agreement

The EU Green Card Lottery Program may be used only for its intended purpose, and may not be used to prepare immigration forms, supporting documents or letters on a professional basis.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, Société Réaliste has no responsibility or liability for damages or claims relating to any use of the EU Green Card Lottery Program on a professional basis.

Operation
Société Réaliste has the right at any time and for any reason to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the EU Green Card Lottery Program, including but not limited to its content, functionality or hours of availability.

In addition, Société Réaliste reserves the right, at any time, to change the terms of this Agreement by publishing notice of such changes on its Internet site. Any use of the EU Green Card Lottery Program by you after Société Réaliste's publication of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement as modified. You agree that Société Réaliste is permitted to access and use any information provided by you to perform its artwork.
 

Miscellaneous
Your use of the EU Green Card Lottery Program website signifies your agreement to participate to this art project and the authorization for Société Réaliste to use it in the frame of this project.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this policy at any time. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms means you accept these changes. However, in the event there is a material change in our data collection, use or disclosure practices, we will obtain a new consent.
The EU Green Card Lottery Program website, the EU Green Card Lottery Program concept and the EU Green Card Lottery Program installations and objects are full property of Société Réaliste. Your use of the EU Green Card Lottery Program website signifies that you allow Société Réaliste to use your Personal Information for the creation of this art project.
